Enthropic Data LLC is an AI-focused product studio. We build tools that solve specific, real problems — and we ship them.
Founded in September 2025 in Weddington, NC, we started with a simple observation: food allergen information is scattered, inconsistent, and buried in ingredient lists nobody has time to read. So we built fdsrch — a search tool that screens 739,000+ FDA-verified products against specific allergens in under a second.
Since then, we've expanded into nutrition tracking, AI automation infrastructure, compliance tooling, and a suite of developer tools. Everything we build goes through the same filter: does this solve a problem we actually have? Can we ship it without burning months on abstraction? Will it still work at 3am without someone watching it?
The origin
fdsrch started as a personal project — cross-referencing FDA food databases against a family member's allergen list took 20 minutes per grocery trip. A weekend of Python and a Linode server later, it took two seconds. That pattern — automate the annoying thing, then make it work for everyone — is still how we decide what to build.
